In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

2.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between obm88 and each Member regarding use of the Platform. By registering an Account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you irrevocably accept all provisions of this agreement.

2.2 These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

2.3 obm88 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. See Clause 17 (Amendments) for full details.

3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on obm88, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are an individual natural person, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of obm88 or any of its partner companies.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by obm88 for any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

3.2 obm88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

3.3 Only one Account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, identity document, device, IP address, payment method, or household — are strictly prohibited. obm88 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate registrations.

4.1 To access real-money betting and gaming services on the obm88 Platform, you must complete the registration process at obm88 Login. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address.

4.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. obm88 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

4.3 You must notify obm88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach affecting your login credentials.

4.4 obm88 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for the refusal.

4.5 All personal information provided during registration must correspond exactly to the identity documents submitted during the KYC process. Discrepancies may result in withdrawal holds and Account review.

5.1 obm88 is required to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing any withdrawal. The KYC process requires submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo ID — Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driving license.
• Proof of Age: The same document used for identity verification, clearly showing date of birth confirming you are at least 21 years of age.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph of the bank account or e-wallet registered to your Account, confirming ownership (e.g., BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay).

5.2 KYC documents must be submitted in clear, unobstructed digital format. obm88 will review submitted documents within 1–3 business days (WIB business hours). You will be notified by email of the outcome.

5.3 obm88 reserves the right to request additional documentation where the initial submission is insufficient to complete verification to the required standard.

5.4 Accounts that remain unverified after 30 days of a withdrawal request being placed may have the withdrawal request cancelled and the funds returned to the Account balance, pending successful KYC completion.

6.1 Deposits

obm88 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20.000. Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation of receipt by obm88's payment processing systems, typically within 1–5 minutes.

obm88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds deposited from a bank account or e-wallet that does not match the Member's registered identity will be returned and may trigger an Account review.

6.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. obm88 targets a processing time of under 15 minutes for KYC-verified accounts to all supported Indonesian bank accounts and e-wallets. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional security verification is required.

obm88 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, over which obm88 has no control.

6.3 Currency

All transactions on the obm88 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). obm88 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Currency conversion charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Member.

6.4 Pending Withdrawal Policy

Once a withdrawal request is submitted, it enters a processing queue. Members may not cancel a withdrawal request once it has entered processing status. Any wager placed against funds that are simultaneously subject to a pending withdrawal request will be voided and the stake returned.

7.1 obm88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Members, including Welcome Bonuses, Reload Bonuses, Cashback Promotions, and VIP Loyalty Rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering multipliers, eligible games, maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active, and expiry periods.

7.2 Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount on eligible sportsbook markets or eligible slot titles.

7.3 Maximum Bet with Active Bonus: When a bonus is active in your Account, the maximum permitted stake per single bet or spin is Rp 100.000, unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets placed above this limit while bonus funds are active may be voided at obm88's discretion.

7.4 Bonus Abuse: obm88 employs detection systems to identify and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses via duplicate accounts; using low-risk arbitrage betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements; or coordinating wager placement across multiple Accounts. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonuses voided and the Account suspended.

7.5 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. obm88 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

8.1 obm88's sportsbook covers a wide range of domestic and international sports markets, including BRI Liga 1, the EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, the UEFA Champions League, the FIFA World Cup, the Piala AFF, and Timnas Indonesia international fixtures, among others. Available markets include standard match-result betting, Asian handicap (voor bola), over/under totals, mix parlay accumulators, and live in-play betting.

8.2 All bets are accepted subject to obm88's prevailing odds at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change without notice prior to confirmation. A bet is only valid once a confirmation reference number has been issued to the Member.

8.3 In the event of an obvious pricing error (palpable error), obm88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at the erroneous price, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. obm88 will notify affected Members and return all staked funds promptly.

8.4 obm88 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market, event, or Member account at its sole discretion. Bet limits are applied to protect the integrity of markets and manage exposure risk.

8.5 Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require a minimum of two selections. All selections within a parlay must win for the parlay to be settled as a win. A void selection reduces the parlay by one leg; a losing selection settles the entire parlay as a loss.

8.6 In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with obm88's standard sport-specific settlement rules. Members are advised to consult the FAQ section for sport-by-sport settlement guidance.

9.1 The obm88 casino offers a curated lobby of slot titles, live dealer games, and specialty games sourced from certified international studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe, among others.

9.2 All game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers under live camera supervision. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is determined by the game studio and is available in the individual game information panel.

9.3 In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that interrupts a game round before it is completed, obm88 will void the affected game round and return the stake to the Member's Account. obm88 is not liable for any loss of anticipated winnings resulting from a technical interruption.

9.4 Game studio terms and conditions apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions for third-party game content. Where a conflict exists between these Terms & Conditions and the game studio terms, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

10.1 obm88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a range of player-protection tools accessible from the Account dashboard, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion.

10.2 If you believe your gambling is becoming problematic, you are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool, which can be activated immediately from your Account settings or by contacting obm88 support. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion are available.

11.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the obm88 Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed and all related funds reviewed:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to fund an Account.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any financial activity designed to obscure the origin of funds.
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or discovered error must be reported and will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of sports events covered by the obm88 sportsbook.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing obm88 staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law.

12.1 obm88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe a Member has breached these Terms & Conditions or where Account activity presents a risk to the Platform's integrity or security.

12.2 Upon permanent closure of an Account for breach of these Terms & Conditions, any balance remaining in the Account may be withheld pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or criminal conduct is identified, obm88 reserves the right to retain funds and report the matter to relevant authorities.

12.3 Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, and any verified balance will be returned to the Member's registered payment method, subject to KYC completion.

13.1 The obm88 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. obm88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content on it.

13.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, obm88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Internet connectivity failures, server downtime, or technical interruptions beyond obm88's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Losses resulting from decisions made based on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or live scores.
• Any delay in withdrawal processing caused by KYC requirements, banking system delays, or force majeure events.

13.3 obm88's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim, regardless of its basis, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14.1 obm88 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

14.2 obm88 uses personal data primarily to operate and improve the Platform, verify Member identities, process transactions, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and deliver customer support. Personal data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

14.3 Members have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by obm88, subject to our retention obligations under applicable law and anti-money-laundering regulations. Requests should be directed to [email protected].

15.1 All content on the obm88 Platform, including but not limited to the obm88 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, and game content, is the intellectual property of obm88 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

15.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without obm88's prior written consent.

15.3 Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to obm88 for display on the Platform. Members have no rights to this content beyond their personal in-Platform use.

16.1 obm88 is licensed and regulated under international gaming law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the licensing jurisdiction applicable to obm88's operating license.

16.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to obm88's internal dispute resolution process. Members must contact support at [email protected] with full details of the dispute. obm88 will respond within 10 business days.

16.3 If a dispute is not resolved through the internal process within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to the applicable external dispute resolution body as specified by obm88's licensing authority.

16.4 Nothing in this clause limits obm88's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or enforce these Terms & Conditions.

17.1 obm88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, obm88 will notify registered Members by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of 7 days before the changes take effect.

17.2 Where a proposed amendment is materially adverse to Members, obm88 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

17.3 The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Members are encouraged to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of their obligations and rights.
